We are seeking Front-of-House and Back-of-House champions to join us in opening a beautiful new dining and entertainment destination in March 2010. If you have relentless high standards and a passion for the finest in food, beverages and service, then we’d like to meet you at our Job Fair on Saturday, February 20th from 10am to 4pm. Sign-up list for interviews closes at 5PM each day. Candidates will be seen in order of arrival.
First & Hope Downtown Supper Club is a new fine dining restaurant next to the Music Center and Walt Disney Concert Hall. Executive Chef Shelley Cooper pours on the pork and channels her Memphis roots. She reinterprets iconic American foods with a sophisticated downtown twist, while our Bar Chefs serve up handcrafted, vintage-vibe cocktails. We have a beautiful art deco inspired dining room, two full bars, an elegant patio, and speakeasy-style cabaret room.
We serve dinner nightly including pre/post-theatre, lunch weekdays, and brunch on weekends.
