Staff Needed for Puratos Sensobus Event (Brea, CA)

Event marketing agency looking for staff to assist with upcoming event in Brea, CA. Event details as follows:
Saturday, February 11 from 9am-7pm
Sunday, February 12 from 10am-6pm

Client: Puratos Sensobus
The Sensobus is a fully equipped double-expandable sensory analysis lab which travels the country visiting shopping centers, restaurants and food expos. The lab allows participants to taste test a variety of bakery items then respond via survey on the foods flavor, appearance and texture. There are two (2) positions available:
1) Greeter - Your responsibilities would include interacting with potential participants, recruiting people to come into the Sensobus, assisting Puratos staff when needed in distributing samples and surveys to visitors in the Sensobus.
2) Runner - you MUST have a reliable vehicle. Youd be responsible for driving to partnering coffee houses to purchase coffee (you will be given Visa Gift Cards), pouring coffee into thermoses and bringing them back to the event site for sampling. The client will check your odometer at the beginning and end of the day; you will be reimbursed $.40 per mile driven, in addition to your hourly rate. When you are not running, you will be asked to assist with traffic flow and distribute samples and surveys inside the Sensobus. Runners are asked to show up 45 minute early (8:15am on Saturday / 9:15am on Sunday).
Pay is $13 per hour.
