Personal Assistant 1 or 2 hrs a weekend (Los Feliz/Silver Lake)

Hello,
Im a 33 year old professional woman in Los Feliz seeking someone to help out with errands, light housework and small projects once a week on Saturday or Sunday afternoons for an hour or two. I live in an apt with my boyfriend, and work pretty hard during the week; you would be helping me with the things I never seem to have time for and get postponed weekend after weekend.
CRITERIA
First and foremost, you must have a can-do attitude. You must also be extremely reliable, trustworthy and resourceful. If that sounds like you, read on!
Other requirements:
- either have a car (I will reimburse for milage) or have a valid license and be ok driving mine
- speak fluent English
- be web literate
- not be allergic to cats or be comfortable in an apt that has them
- be ok being paid by check (Im good for it)
- have two character references
Please do not write me if you dont meet these criteria.
I would ask you to do things like:
-find a shop that can repair costume jewelry and get quotes
-get my car washed a few blocks away
-do two loads of laundry (nothing too fancy)
-pick up prescriptions or groceries at at Albertsons
-grab a book for a gift at Sky Light and have it wrapped
-ship packages at Los Feliz post office
-clean the sliding glass door with Windex
-shred old mail or documents
-find a recipe on-line for something Im looking for
-pick up groceries and quarters (for laundry) at Trader Joes
-book flights on Southwest or JetBlue
-fax receipts and fill out health savings account reimbursement forms
