Sports, Entertainment and Media Development, Production, Marketing, Packaging and PR company is seeking to hire an experienced Sports/Special Event Manager/Coordinator to assist our VP of Sales/Marketing and Sponsorships on two(2) major media/sports fund-raisers for a major Olympic Sports Project. The candidate we are seeking loves, sports, multi-media and entertainment and who is very positive, high energy and a great negotiator. We are seeking a Sports/Special Event Manager/Coordinator who is very organized, personable (good social skills) and resourceful. Someone who can manage/coordinate and produce anything anywhere at any time! Social media, networking and community outreach skills are desired as well.

Job Duties include:
- Will work directly under event producer and co-run events
- Negotiate equipment rentals, securing locations arrange food and beverage, order supplies and audiovisual equipment work with other department
-Research similar events for resourceful/creative ideas.
-Conduct research, make site visits, and find resources to help staff make decisions about event possibilities.
-Create event layouts and production book/log.
-Serve as liaison with vendors on event-related matters.
-Assist with managing on-site production and clean up for events as necessary.
-Prepare logistic materials, notebooks, packages, gift bags, registration lists, seating cards, etc.
-Insure that all departments are running smoothly and very efficiently

Great opportunity for the special event/sports production event manager/coordinator. We will now be producing 2-4 major events annually throughout the U.S.
