Older man needs a live-in housekeeper. Room and board, and $500/month included. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom and full use of the apartment. Other fringe benefits also included. Food, utilities, telephone, basic sundries, internet, cable TV, entertainment, etc, all free.

This will also be a beneficial relationship with the man of the house. Please reply with a photo and detailed description of yourself.

This is a nice 3 bedroom apartment in a good neighborhood close to the Ocean. Your duties will be to clean, cook, and be an extra companion to the man of the home. Spanish speakers are a bonus because I have a desire to learn Spanish and would love to teach you English.
